Usui Reiki Level 1
Usui Reiki Level 1:
Level 1 is the initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy.
You will learn:
The history of reiki
How to practice reiki on yourself and others
How to apply reiki to different elements of your life
And you will receive your Level 1 Attunement
This is a TWO DAY course - you must attend both days.
